* A 30% Admin fee applies for any refund for early termination of the contract.
* 3 Months Warranty for spare part replacements. 3 months warranty for water leaking after servicing/chemical overhaul done. 
* Appointment slots are subjected to availability and on a first come first serve basis.

Air conditioning maintenance contract

SG CITY AIRCON Pte Ltd offers air conditioning maintenance contracts, you can cost between $195 and $515 per year for a maintenance contract for your commercial building or office.

* Servicing contract is not inclusive of other services unless otherwise stated. 
* Prices stated is for direct customers from SG CITY AIRCON Pte Ltd.
* A 30% Admin fee applies for any refund for early termination of the contract.
* 3-6 Months Warranty for spare part replacements. 
* 3 months warranty for water leaking after servicing/chemical overhaul done.
* Officially a Singapore GST registered company since 1 March 2021.
* Appointment slots are subjected to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
